| Welcome to LiRic Akitas. We are located in Tyler Texas, which is in East Texas, surrounded by green pastures and woods. Tyler is a beautiful town to live, not too big, not too small. I am member of the Tyler Texas Kennel Club and served as the Corresponding Secretary for approximately 4 years, and the Show Trophy Chairperson for approximately 3 years. I am a member of the Heart of Texas Akita Club as well a member of the Lone Star Akita Club of Houston. Click on the buttons below to take you to visit with our akitas, our plans for our akitas, and fun from our everyday lives with them. We are involved as a family with these awesome dogs. We enjoy showing them in conformation dogshows and making new friends via the dog show world. Check back often as we update on a very regular basis, and make sure to sign our guestbook to let us know you've visited. We are a small show kennel, we spend most of our free time at Dog Shows Competing in Conformation Dog showing. We have had and still do have Nationally Ranked Akitas which proves the Quality of our dogs. We do Occasionally have puppies available to Qualified Companion or Competition homes, we never breed more than two litters a year, and usually only 1 litter per year. None of our females are bred before the Age of 2 years old as that is the age when you get their HIPs certified by OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals). |
